Kaylyn Kardavani is the Chief Executive Officer of NJA, the Administrator and Head Lobbyist for Citizens For Justice, and the Administrator of the Nevada Foundation for Consumer Education (NFCE), NJA’s 501(c)(3) charitable arm. She oversees all staffing decisions and related matters, coordinates NJA’s political strategy, and educates members about CFJ as well as the organization’s vision and mission.

Julie has been with NJA since January 2005.  She runs our Las Vegas office and oversees all southern member activities, services, and CLE, in addition to member services, recruitment, and retention.  She is our community liaison, creating and maintaining relationships with our business partners and friends. Julie's additional duties include acting as liaison to the William S. Boyd School of Law NJA Student Chapter.

Misha joined NJA in July 2024.  She serves as a staff lobbyist, developing and passing legislation. Misha's additional duties include managing communications, Trial Lawyers Care, PI/WC Specializations, and supporting other NJA events and initiatives. She spearheads fundraising efforts for NJA's political arm, Citizens For Justice, and supports membership involvement and grassroots mobilization efforts to support legislative priorities.

Kathy joined the NJA team in July 2002.  In addition to running the office, Kathy's specific duties include supporting the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director, overseeing CFJ accounting and billing, handling all office invoicing, coordinating board meetings and convention exhibitors, and much, much more! 

Associate Director of Membership, Carson City

Rebecca joined NJA in August 2016.  Rebecca serves as a liaison with the membership committee in recruitment and retention.  She coordinates our northern member activities, services, and CLE programs and does graphic design and website updates.  Rebecca works closely with northern Nevada charities as part of NJA's Trial Lawyers Care. In addition, she serves as managing editor of NJA's bimonthly publication The Advocate. 

Administrative Assistant/Database Specialist, Carson City

Ellie joined NJA in August 2021. She assists with the day-to-day functions of our northern Nevada office in Carson City. She is responsible for maintaining the association's database and providing excellent member support when needed.

Lara Wilson returns to NJA as the Administrative Assistant in our southern Nevada office in Las Vegas. Lara assists with southern CLE events, member support, association activities, and member services.
