Summary

David Mittleman shares his insight on representing survivors of sexual assault after being retained by 111 of 333 young girls and women in the largest university sexual assault scandal. Additionally, he will cover how he was able to be part of the team to be retained by 1/3 of the survivors who reached a $500 million settlement with MSU, many with claims still pending against USAG and USOC.
