Join Justice James Hardesty, Senator Becky Harris & Kim Surratt, Esq as they address the impact of the new guardianship laws enacted during the 2017 Legislative Session including:

Justice Hardesty- as a District Court Judge and as a Nevada Supreme Court Justice, Justice Hardesty has served on various Supreme Court Commissions. He is currently the vice-chair of the Nevada Legislature's Advisory Commission on the Administration of Justice and is a member of the Nevada State-Federal Judicial Council

Senator Becky Harris- is a Republican member of the Nevada State Senate. Becky attended law school at J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. Shortly after moving to Las Vegas, Becky obtained a Master Degree in Political Science at UNLV.
