Legal Research
NJA provides members the legal research tools to help you win cases and perform better research on any expert witness. You can instantly access expert depositions, court testimony, Daubert challenges, disciplinary actions, medical articles, case law and more. Most documents you'll find in the TrialSmith data base are free to NJA members. However, by contributing your own depositions and documents, you can earn purchase credits for you and your firm.
NJA encourages its members to ask for assistance in pending appeals.
Occasionally an NJA member will have a case pending before an appellate court with significant potential impact on the Civil Justice System. These landmark or first impression cases may qualify for assistance through our Amicus Curiae program.

Could you use some extra working capital to grow your practice? If so, the Nevada Justice Association’s SBA Justice Loan Program is your answer.
Modern litigation is expensive. An NJA SBA Justice Loan can be a life saver to pay off existing expensive debt, inject needed capital to expand your practice or even purchase new office space. SBA-Backed Funding is low-cost and permanent. It cannot be cancelled, modified or force paydowns for the term of the loan, typically 10-25 years.
To find out if this financing opportunity is an option for your practice, call the SBA Loan Group at 516.900.6905 or contact Jarret Prussin for more information.
